3Panes E3Max window’s vinyl manufacturing processes blend environmental sensitivity with high-quality finished products. We recycle our vinyl scrap and glass scrap, often selling it to companies outside our industry, such as PVC pipe manufacturers and post-industrial recyclers.

Utilizing vinyl provides our customers products with sustainable life spans, keeping them out of landfills. Our lead-free PVC vinyl is not petroleum-based; its production requires no burning and generates no harmful gases. When it comes to environmentally sensitive manufacturing, 3Panes E3Max’s vinyl production methods are among the most progressive in the industry.

Also included in efforts to make it more environmentally responsible are 3Panes E3Max upgrades to the equipment used to produce glass in the door and window products. Just one example is the new glass oven that uses infrared heating elements that reduce energy consumption by 75 percent, resulting in added savings for the company and the consumer.

Furthermore efforts to make production more environmentally responsible include insulating our Triple Pane mainframes and sashes with Expanded Polystyrene Insulation (EPS) VS Polyurethane that use CFC that deplete the Earth’s Ozone Layer..

3panes E3Max windows is a participant in the National Fenestration Rating Council’s Certification Program, a uniform national rating system for energy performance of fenestration products. All 3panes window and sliding patio door products are NFRC tested, certified and labeled.

The 3pane LoE2 glass boasts up to eight layers of microscopic coatings that act like a filter: In summer, the LoE2 glass allows ample visible light to pass through while blocking infrared and ultraviolet radiant solar energy allowing rooms to stay cooler in the hot summers. Or in winter, the glass helps to keep rooms warmer by reflecting heat back into the home while letting warm, solar rays in.

To prevent sealant failure we use a warm-edge spacer between the LoE2 Glass with a Mylar seal that flex’s in hot or cold temperatures. These sealed spaces are charged with a non-toxic Krypton insulating gas providing roughly six times the barrier of an Argon insulating gas which most window producers use. These insulating spacer systems also keep the edges of the glass warmer, dramatically reducing wet condensation & harmful mold growths that are harmful to human health. Also keeping cooled air in homes for longer periods, lessening Air Conditioning usage in hot weather and less AC use equals less cost, pollution and a cleaner, greener environment.
